Local artistic community – we need your voice at the Homotopia Festival Town Hall on the 18th June! 👋
Come join us at Sahir House’s Sunny Room for an exciting in-person event as part of the run up to Homotopia Festival! We want to hear your voice – join us in sharing your thoughts and feedback, you’ll have the opportunity to help inform our programme and activity for Homotopia Festival and beyond. The Town Hall will be a lively gathering giving our community the chance to use their voice.
The event will be a chance for our local artistic community to meet the new Homotopia team, hear the EXCLUSIVE festival theme and start thinking of open call pitches ahead of the public announcement – boss. 💥

Sahir House’s Sunny Room can be accessed via the main entrance. To enter, press the buzzer on the left hand side of the glass double doors and reception will open doors, and can be there to assist. You can either make your way to the lift, which can fit a motorised wheelchair, or head up via the stairwell to the fourth floor. The sunny room is a wheelchair accessible space, however the two main doors between the room and the lift are broken so need to be manually opened. Toilets are all accessible, however toilets on fourth floor are fobbed, so during the town hall it’s recommended that anyone in attendance uses the open access toilets on the first and second floor.
