Following Homotopia’s exclusive John Water’s event last year, this year’s festival will also feature a cult figure from the world of film. Terence Davies will appear at The Black-E in conversation with writer and journalist Laura Brown on Saturday 8th November. Davies is arguably one of the most distinct English voices in modern cinema. With films such as ‘Distant Voices, Still Lives’, ‘Of Time and the City’ and ‘The Long Day Closes’ the influences of growing up in post-war Liverpool are clear.
