Overview

Notes on QueernessNotes on Queerness: Platforming the queer voice.

Featuring artists Travis Alabanza, Emily Pope, Alexander Glass and Jake Moore, Notes on Queerness is an exhibition denoting aspects of what it is to be queer.

Bringing together queer voices exploring a multitude of themes including; sexual intimacy, shame and personal identity. Using the gallery space as an experimental forum allowing the artist to express their own experiences. To speak and to be heard.

The public are invited to interact with an ever changing wall exploring their own thoughts on queerness through contributing personal ephemera.

Alongside Notes on Queerness, there will be a series of events including EAT ME, a screening by Emily Pope on 15 November, and a closing event with a performance by Travis Alabanza on 25 November. For more info and ticket information follow The Royal Standard on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
